MATAC Board of Directors
	From the MATAC Bylaws: The Board of Directors shall consist of the officers and the most immediate Past President who is able and willing to serve. The Board of Directors may, at its sole discretion and through unanimous vote, appoint Associate Members of the Board of Directors, who are individuals or institutions with special expertise or resources deemed important to the Council and/or the Board of Directors. Associate Members who are not otherwise members of the Council shall not have the right to vote or to hold other office. Associate Members of the Board of Directors who are regular members of MATAC retain all rights of members.
